The Growth Factory will be the medium for Orbit Electro Domestics to assign the best recruit for the position of Business Development Manager who will engage with the companies, partnering with them for corporate gifting purposes. Position Overview:
Business Development is one of the most important function in a business organization but unfortunately also one of the most maligned functions with a lot of negative perception attached to - sales- and - targets- etc.
At Orbit, we bestow the importance & pride that this - bread-winner- function and its functionaries deserve. We believe that high quality business development is very different from - traditional selling- and we train our executives accordingly.
This role is ideal for people who are fearless in meeting new people and building relationships with them. It requires good listening & understanding capabilities to be able to instigate the corporates to buy Orbit products for corporate gifting purposes.
The Business Development Manager will have to engage with the companies especially the Pharma sector in expanding the sales channel of the company further into Corporate Gifting.
Job CTC: 3 Lakhs to 3.6 Lakhs Per Annum plus added Incentives

6. A good grasp on numbers and the ability to write documents in a professional style.
7. Knowledge of Corporate Gifting and its channel.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Relevant Graduation Degree
Experience: 2 - 4 years of Experience in Corporate Gifting Business
