Manager - Business Development - Corporate Gift & Handicraft Startup (3-8 yrs)
An early stage start-up in corporate gift and handicraft based in Western India.
- Location - Pune, Mumbai, Delhi
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify distributors and retailers for Home D- cor products
- Strengthen working relationships with opinion makers like Architects, Real Estate companies, and corporates for institutional sales.
- Tele call leads generated from different sources and converts to sales
- Providing updated marketing material
- Preparing and implementing annual sales plan for relevant regions.
- Identify and acquire new clients
- Achieve defined sales target
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong relationship management skills with sound understanding of Home D- cor products
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Self starter, self motivated, Go-getter
- Strong connect with distributors in gifting items and architect and interior designers
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Must have 3 to 6 years- experience in field in sales
- Post Graduate, preferably Management graduate
- Experience set with both Institutional Sales and retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of Home D- cor products/ corporate gifts and markets and the opinion makers in the Home D- cor Industry will be an added advantage
