Manager - Business Development - Contract Pharma Manufacturing Firm (2-6 yrs)
Hiring for Manager Business Development Contract Manufacturing (Male candidate with pharmaceutical background only)
Location : Mumbai
Qualification: Any Graduate Diploma or Degree.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years experience in similar field or institutional sales.
Salary: Upto 6 Lakhs P.A.
Responsibilities
- To cover and interact with all reputed International Pharma Companies for their requirement of oral solid dosage forms, artificial sweeteners and cosmetics
- To identify and develop New Customers, New Products and New Product line for enhancing the Business Value and Volume.
- To enhance Business through Product-to-product, Loan Licensing & Contract Manufacturing possibilities.
- To utilize the Manufacturing capacities and R&D capacities through Business Models of Product-to-product, Loan Licensing Contract Manufacturing possibilities.
- To identify and contact various potential leads and develop clients.
- Keeping abreast of new developments in this field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies
- Third Party Customer Dealing & Meeting, develop new business contracts / customers and strengthen/ maintain the existing clients.
- To take care of the documentation involved
- Agreements, Terms of services, etc. Coordinating with all the concerned departments in processing the orders.
- To handle End to end activities of Existing and New Clients
- Coordinate with Customers for Factory Visits and Audits
- Client relationship management, Rate negotiation & finalization of commercials for new and existing products
- Bring more products from existing customers for contract manufacturing.
- Offer them newer products from our basket & build a bigger portfolio. For that one should have a good understanding of therapy segments & a very good product knowledge is pre-requisite
- Should be able to tour everywhere regularly & visit all customers on regular intervals.
- Meeting monthly sales targets & achieving assigned sales targets.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with latest medical data
