Manager - Business Development - Consulting & Valuation Vertical - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
As a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
Role Description :
- Person will be responsible for B2B Sales for Consulting and Valuation vertical.
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- Candidate will be responsible for back end sales as well as bit of front end sales activities with Consulting and Valuation vertical.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan and prepare teams for prospecting and shortlist approaches and pitches.
- Generate Business from these clients in term of our services.
- Maintain relationship with existing customer.
- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets
- Identify all market position and inform our management.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on own initiative, make effective decisions and as also work as part of a team
- A positive flexible attitude
- Strong work ethic, time management, detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate will be responsible for Business development specifically for Consulting and valuation vertical.
- Candidates from Real estate background with B2B Sales experience are preferred.
