Manager - Business Development - Consulting Firm (2-4 yrs)
Description:
Manager - Business Development.
- Develop & execute business plans with the assigned accounts
- Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
- Establish contact with new leads, generate interest in them about Thoucentric, convert leads to opportunities.
- Work with Practices to respond to various opportunities with relevant solutions, and convert opportunities into business.
- Be accountable for operations and activities around deal conversions
- Oversee the implementation of different contracts
- Work with stakeholders in existing accounts to identify new opportunities
- Be accountable and responsible for increasing Thoucentric footprint in existing accounts.
Ideal candidate should have:
- 2-4 years of work experience with the consulting/product company
- Prior sales experience an advantage but not must
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with stakeholders across levels in client organizations
- Ability to understand Thoucentric offerings at a high level and evaluate fitment in relevant client spaces.
Educational Qualifications:
Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders with emphasis on follow through and reporting
- Excellent organization skills
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills along with self-motivation to excel
- Meticulous planning skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
