Salary: 1. 75 Lakhs - 2 lakhs Monthly

OBJECTIVE:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be in charge of your territory for developing and implementing a revenue growth plan to increase business profit. This includes but is not limited tO business enhancement by acquiring new clients and opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector and its related industries.

PURPOSE:

A. To promote EPC / PMC / Contractor business model and explore new business opportunities in Nigeria and its neighboring countries' markets.

B. Drive new business growth and build business volume within agreed time-frames in target regions.

C. Attain business development targets, goals, and performance levels.

JOB ROLE:

1. To develop International Business in line with the company's strategic plan and business goals

2. Ability to develop and implement business development strategies in-line with current market trends

3. Develop business prospects, secure orders, and build sustainable business relationships with International clients

4. Liaison with international business managers of business units to manage leads for new projects and opportunities.

5. Develop leads into inquiries for bidding and achieve pre-qualification with potential clients for the live opportunities and opportunities in the pipeline

6. Manage the process of screening inquiries for bidding in line with the company's business strategy, risk appetite, profit potential, and cost/benefit analysis.

7. Liaison with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Tendering Team on the preparation and submission of risk-mitigated, competitive bids

8. Adherence to an operational framework of policies and procedures in order to optimize the business expansion model

9. Work closely with the Management and provide timely feedback on all assignments by implementing feedback processes and MIS

10. Develop and pursue new joint ventures (JV) or other forms of business models between the company Group and potential business partners

11. Procure regular updates in the Oil & Gas and related fields concerning the upcoming projects

12. To play a pivotal role and demonstrate the ability to win orders in large value projects

13. Update on commercial, regulatory processes, and financial aspects currently trending oil and gas sector and its related industries

14. Assist the Project Team in managing and executing the site activities with a keen focus on customer delivery, productivity, and successful project handover

15. Understand customer needs and communicate with internal and external stakeholders while devising balanced solutions to minimize potential gaps between expectations and execution

16. Strategy execution through decisions on operational goals, implementation of best practices, and alignment of functional activities to operational frameworks

17. Consistently delivers required business results; sets and achieves goals while complying with required quality standards

18. Lead the measurement, assessment, and reporting on the performance of teams against targets and industry norms.

19. To collate, monitor, and resolve Client queries and complaints whenever necessary and maintain cordial relations to procure repeat projects.
