Manager - Business Development - Combustion Product (10-20 yrs)
We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in EPC project sales specifically within the Oil and Gas sector / petrochemicals / specialty chemicals / fertilizers handling clients across PSUs and private Industries.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in midstream and downstream operations, coupled with a proven track record in securing projects across public sector undertakings (PSUs) and private industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Drive EPC project sales, focusing on both short-term (back-to-back projects) and long-term (tendering through direct participation or joint ventures).
- Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Oil & Gas, petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, and fertilizers sectors.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as tendering, estimations, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Partnership Creation: Identify potential execution partners and facilitate the formation of joint ventures.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks related to contract agreements and pricing across different segments.
- Project Acquisition: Successfully secure large-scale EPC/LSTK/manufacturing projects.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 10+ years in sales or business development within the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on EPC projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of midstream and downstream processes.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills with a proactive approach to business development.
- Networking: Proven ability to connect with potential partners and clients, creating opportunities for collaboration.
- Project Management: Experience managing large projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.
