Manager - Business Development - Coliving Space (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Constant research on the catchment and identify key stakeholders for a co-living setup.
2. Meet property owners and sell Company's Vision of providing comfortable stays for many
3. Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association
4. Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners
5. Liaise with the key stake holders from lead generation till property going live
6. Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area
7. Resolve issues arising between Property Owners, Transformation Team & Operations Team
Qualifications :
- MBA from reputed institute/college
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development in a co-living setup
- Ability to engage with customers
- Open to working from office
