What you will do:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, research, and industry events. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads.
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Develop business development plans that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Sales Growth: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that convert leads into sales. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Partnership Development: Negotiate and close business deals, partnerships, and alliances. Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Networking & Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions and establish new connections.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure business development strategies are aligned with product offerings and customer needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track business development metrics, report on progress, and make data-driven decisions to refine strategies and achieve growth targets.
- Contract & Agreement Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and partners to ensure mutual benefits and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth.
