- Hiring Business Development Manager (Client Acquisition & Sales) preferred from Staffing Industry Experience.
Designation : Business Development Manager (Client Acquisitions).

Qualification : Any Graduate or MBA (Marketing )
Experience : Minimum 1 to 3 Years Exp into Sales & Marketing B2b, Client Acquisition working with Staffing /Software Industry.
Preferred : Immediate Joiners.
- The dedicated Business Development Consultant is responsible for acquisitions of companies and for Generating Revenue for the Company.
- Focus on the acquisition of new customers across India, Client acquisition (IT Companies).
- Business Consultant Will be involved in Client Acquisition or Business Development. Will have to bring in new clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements to the Company.
- BC will be responsible for generating leads of prospective IT & SME clients.
- Establish a network of relationships with key decision-makers in small/medium & large-sized companies and the ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business.
- He/she will be responsible for getting appointments & carrying out Sales meetings with Clients.
- He/she will be responsible for conducting detailed need analysis and identifying challenges at the client side.
- Should have the ability to meet & speak to the HR Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about the Company.
- The Role Demands the person to build new business Alliances/Relationships to generate business and reach targets Monthly & Quarterly.
- Should Convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis & maintain a good rapport with the client.
- Responsible for the achievement of revenue targets and management business objectives.
- Plan and implement growth plans for IT consulting services.
- Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target levels.
