Hiring Business Development Manager (Client Acquisition & Sales) preferred from Staffing Industry Experience.

- The dedicated Business Development Consultant is responsible for acquisitions of companies and for Generating Revenue for the Company.
Focus on the acquisition of new customers across India, Client acquisition (IT Companies).
- Business Consultant Will be involved in Client Acquisition or Business Development. Will have to bring in new clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements to the Company.
- BC will be responsible for generating leads of prospective IT & SME clients.
- Establish a network of relationships with key decision-makers in small/medium & large-sized companies and the ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business.
- He /she will be responsible for getting appointments & carrying out Sales meetings with Clients.
- He/she will be responsible for conducting detailed need analysis and identifying challenges at the client side.
- Should have the ability to meet & speak to the Hr Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about the Company.
- The Role Demands the person to build new business Alliances/Relationships to generate business and reach targets Monthly & Quarterly.
- Should Convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis & maintain a good rapport with the client.
- Responsible for the achievement of revenue targets and management business objectives.
- Plan and implement growth plans for IT consulting services.
- Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target levels.
