Job Summary :


- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in Client Acquisition to join our team in Jaipur.


- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and a strong ability to identify and acquire new clients.


- As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base in the Jaipur region.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and objectives.

- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead-generation activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients to showcase our products/services and close deals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients and ensure timely delivery.

- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote our brand.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other business documents.

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales.

- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Familiarity with the Jaipur market and a network of contacts in relevant industries is a plus.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

- Willingness to travel as required.
