Manager - Business Development/Channel Sales - Agency Channel - Life Insurance (1-8 yrs)
- We are Hiring For Area Manager For IMF Channel/Agency Channel Sales for MAX Life Insurance.
Responsibilities :
1. Opening for IMF Channel/Agency Channel
2. Need to Recruit 6 to 7 Insurance Manager & get the business done from them
Education : Any Graduate
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Scout for potential who can be effective advisors
2. Make a presentation on " Career as an insurance advisor
3. Follow-up for obtaining necessary documentation regularly
4. Make sure that the advisor attends the training program & IRDA examination to acquire appropriate licensing.
- Draw up a monthly plan of targets
- Break down the plan according to the potential of the insurance advisors
- Keep the advisors motivated and, on the job,
- Keep daily contacts with the advisors
- Help sort out any problems faced by the advisors
- Accompany the advisors on joint calls
Experience :
1. Candidate with Minimum 2 Years of Insurance Sales experience Preferably in Agency Channel Sales
2. Agency Channel Sales Experience
Skills :
- Health Insurance Sales, Agency Channel Sales, Team Handling Role, Agency Sales
Salary : 250,000.00 - 450,000.00 per year

- Identify and motivate advisors for club membership, MDRT etc
- Monitor, review and guide their performance periodically
- Ensure retention, adhere to productivity benchmarks of advisors
- Ensure participation of advisors in training and other developmental interventions
- Have business-related issues solved at branch level through RM or Operation staff.
