Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are hiring an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to expand our Client business and provide value to our existing clients. To excel in this role you should have compelling sales personality, dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy and desire to fulfill responsibilities to achieve goals.

Position: 29

CTC- 1.20 to 2.76 LPA + Incentive

Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement

- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients

- Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met

- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned

- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning

- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

- Present our company to potential clients

- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

- Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Eligibility:

- Good Communication Skills

- 2.Qualification: Any Graduate

- 2+ Years of experience in sales and Marketing

- Must have Bike and DL
