Job Description : Currently Panan Sathi is looking for a skilled, ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager who will be leading the setting up of sales and marketing process, planning and initiating sales in Noida region. You will be the front face of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with residential associations and clients.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research.

- Develop a plan for sales and marketing.

- Strike relationship with Resident Welfare Associations and other bodies for Business.

- Triger business by prospecting clients.

- Implementing the growth strategy focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Ensuring the adherence to the rules and guidelines mentioned in the contract or agreement.

- Keep proper records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Provide customer feedback on regular intervals and prepare analytical report

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and after sale support.

- Develop new team into a valuable employees.

Required Skill : Time management and planning skills, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Market knowledge, Ability to build rapport, IT literate.

Experience : 5+ years of experience in customer service industry, Facility Management, House Keeping,
