Manager - Business Development - Business & Performance Coaching Firm (7-10 yrs)

Our Client is a world class Business and Performance Coaching Company, well known for conducting ICF accredited Gold standard coach certification programs. The team provides a wide array of capabilities in the space of Trainings, Organizational Development, Assessments and Coaching across India.
WHAT YOU WILL DO ?
- Execution of sales strategy to help the organization chart its grow path
- Develop new leads/opportunities in target markets and take them to closure to achieve sales target
- Develop and nurture long term trust-based relationships with key customer accounts
- Conduct periodic market mapping and research to identify new markets and understand evolving customer needs
- Position self as a subject matter expert on the products and/or services that are on offer
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE ?
- Masters in Sales and Marketing from T2 institutes
- Experience of minimum 7+ years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional business development skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales and KPI targets
- Advanced proficiency in negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to gather business and market intelligence
