Manager - Business Development - Building Material (4-5 yrs)
Responsibilities for Business Development Manager
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Pursuing Leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Identify new markets and customer needs
- Business meetings with prospective clients for closure
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements and skills :
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive in marble/granite/interior/architect/concrete/paint industry.
- Proven sales track record with consistent deliverables and vintage
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English & Local language
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Degree/ Post graduate, preferably (not mandatory) in sales or relevant field
