Job Title / Designation: Business Development Manager
Job Description :
- Primarily handling Architects, Interior Designers for Project Sales and Post sales service.
- Marketing & PR.
- Creating & Maintaining client database.
- Perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of product, solution, and service offerings.
- Coordinate efforts to improve the customer experience at the point of sale.
- Enhancing up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Closely managing the complete delivery of products with installer team.
- Maintaining confidential documents with regards to projects.
- A person should be self-motivated to generate new business.
- Good command over English communication.
-He/she should be confident, energetic & adept at maintaining good interpersonal relationships.
- For poaching, Preferred industry is interior accessories like Wall Papers, Wooden Floorings, Carpets, Light Fittings etc.
- The candidate should have experience in dealing directly with Architects, Interior designers and not dealer network.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Taking care of entire sales cycle up to payment collection.
- Planning new business strategies.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 3-10 Years
Annual CTC : 6-8 LPA
