Manager - Business Development - Building Construction (2-10 yrs)
- Prepare a sales plan in accordance with the Yearly Sales Strategy of the company
- Explore opportunities by analyzing data and trends to ensure sustainable sale potential
- Need not prepare the estimate, provided from the back end,
- Arrange the necessary details for it from the client and then follow up
- Regular visits for the new acquisition, Cold calls, etc.
- Ensure the achievement of assigned targets
- Seek out and explore new sales, product, and customer opportunities in the market
- Prepare and send Quotation to prospective clients as per technical requirements
- Negotiate with customers about the terms and conditions of the contract
- Establish and maintain the favorable relationship with major customers
- Prepare various MIS regarding the sales process
