Job Description :
What we are looking for in a Brand Solution Manager :
1. 3-5 years of sales experience at a media company/ agency, having been responsible for selling content solution/advertising campaigns/ad slots to brands.
2. Problem-solving attitude. Delivering creative content solutions to help brands with maximum outreach against their investment.
3. Ability to work with cross-functional teams.Effectivelymeetclientcommitmentsby working with teams-across organization-editorial, multimedia,social-media,legal& finance. Manage client expectation while adhering to the highest editorial practices.
4. Relationship management skills - Ability to plan, schedule & effectively deliver as per commitments to each client. Ability to scale brand/agency partnerships year on year.
5. People person - Patiently understand different perspectives and build strong relationships across the board.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills - You have clarity in what you communicate, whether over email or phone or in-person.
7. Self-motivated - Ability to work under high-pressure environments and maturity to understand the business needs at all points.
8. Based in Mumbai or open to relocating!
Day-to-day operational details of this role:
1. Generate new leads and opportunities through an aggressive and consistent outreach program that includes a combination of tapping existing relationships as well as cold calling to initiate new ones
2. Work with editorial, multimedia & marketing teams to craft incredible campaigns and strategies for brands
3. Manage high-profile client relationships with companies, agencies & other revenue generating partners
4. Manage day-to day sales operation - ensure RO/PO/ Advance receipt, handle the empanelment processes, agreement & other paperwork, put monthly content delivery schedules for each client, coordinate with editorial, multimedia, marketing teams to ensure content delivery as per plans, actively seek client feedback to maximize satisfaction & overall be responsible for delivering great results!
5. Get clients to renew and expand their engagements with us. Renewal and upsell rates will be a very important metric for this position.
6. Mine data to see campaign effectiveness & ensure client reporting
7. Create and manage a strong pipeline of business to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
