Manager - Business Development/Brand Solutions - eCommerce (2-6 yrs)
Client Acquisition :
- Identify new brands focused on the target segment of the Baby Destination and develop and maintain commercially productive relationships.
- Setup up meetings to understand client objectives and brief Clients regarding solutions offered by Baby Destination to meet client Objectives.
- Create concise and value driven business proposals with focus on converting leads into customers.
Client Success :
- Create and Share final value based proposals with internal team and setup an execution plan.
- Proactively manage client deliverables by working closely with internal team.
- Manage and review all client reporting metrics with the internal team.
Client Retention :
- Provide campaign insights to clients. Identify gaps and mitigating factors.
- Show metrics that track ROI for client's objectives through reports.
- Ensure quality in result, manage relationships through on-going relationship building.
Brand Solutions :
- Designing and Implementing key Brand Solutions for advertisers-
- Creating solutions for FMCG Brands focused on products for both Child & Maternity and across online channels-
- Innovate strategies for product integration and provide end to end marketing solution-
- Conceptualize ideas to marry brand and content
- Provided exceptional level of customer service and account management
