Manager - Business Development - BPO Services (4-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
We are looking for individuals who are energetic, passionate about Sales, inspire and motivate the team and who will own, cultivate and grow the SBL business ecosystem. Need to work closely with SBL BU Heads and should drive the business to meet targets of individual BUs.
Role & Responsibility Details :
Reporting to Head - New Business
- Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
- Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
- Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
- Lead Generation to potential clients through cold calling, social media outreach, networking etc.
- Good knowledge in generating new business opportunities, responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving business goals, convert opportunities into business
- Must have a solid understanding of Call Centre business and process and have hands on experience in across multiple call centre functions that includes Quality and Operations
- Responsible for developing and executing end to end high impact partnerships with leading corporate and firms.
- Research and develop prospect list using LinkedIn and industry databases
- End-to-end ownership of Business Development
- Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
- Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
- Create and foster relationships with other industry partners for leads
- Advocate our brand and Services on social networks
- Plan and coordinate relevant events focused on our industry
- Tracking goals and reporting results periodically (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly)
