Manager - Business Development - BPO Services (2-10 yrs)
1) Getting International clients for the company
2) Meet cold calling targets set daily, weekly, monthly
3) New revenue generation
4) Develop marketing and sales strategy for the company - geography, vertical, service specific
5) Respond to RFX documents, at least 48 hours prior to the due date
6) Train and develop AM and BD executives
7) Lead client con-calls as well as co-ordinate and manage client and prospect visits to the site
8) Develop and adhere to organizations ISO and ISMS requirements
9) Excellent communication skills required (B29)
10) Basic computer knowledge
11) Should have good contacts in International market and a proven track record of getting business from US / UK / Canada
12) Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience as Business Development Manager
13) Experience into International BPO operations business only
14) Candidate must have worked into International Business Development
