Manager - Business Development - BPO (6-8 yrs)
Job Description
- Contacting, Prospecting, Nurturing CXO level executives through telephone / email and conferencing techniques
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
- Cold calling, meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
- Thorough research and build relationships with new clients
- Handle incoming sales calls from sales prospects
- Execute on Lead Generation & Call program activities with partners
- Penetrations of Named focus Accounts and grow the business in the region
Requirements:
- Should have handled end-to-end sales
- Should be able to provide proven track records
- At least 5+yrs of Experience in BPO/KPO/ITES industry
- Achieves/exceeds monthly sales targets by prospecting new customers
- Excellent Written and verbal English communication
- Ready to work in night shift Timings : 7.30 PM to 4 PM
Experience & Education
- MBA (Marketing) is preferred
- Experience of 6+ years in Business development in US market is a must
- Other Skills and Qualifications - Microsoft Office - especially Power Point Presentation, Good Presentation Skills, Networking, Self-motivated, Sales Planning, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals.
