BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography or US market.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
- Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
- Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies.
- Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services.
- Include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.
- Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ industries and present these to prospective customers.
- Recommend which opportunities the business should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Desired Profile :
- Graduate / advance university degree
- Should have minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven sales track record and In-depth sales experience with BPO/Marketing
industry expertise and proven track record against generating revenue.
- Experience in transitioning campaigns on board (inbound) Lead Gen, Survey, and Sales.
- Should have in-depth knowledge in negotiating/Quoting prices of different work models
- Possess strong communication skills.
