Manager - Business Development - BPO (1-9 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities :
Identifying New Business Opportunities :
- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
- Analyze industry trends and competitors to spot new opportunities.
Developing and Implementing Strategies :
- Create and execute strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Develop and pitch proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Building and Maintaining Relationships :
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Engage with existing clients to identify further needs and opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Generation :
- Develop sales plans and drive the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Market Research and Analysis :
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market conditions.
- Use insights to adjust strategies and offerings accordingly.
Collaboration with Other Teams :
- Work closely with marketing, product, and service teams to align strategies and achieve goals.
- Provide feedback from clients and market insights to relevant departments.
