Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Pro-actively identify & develop profitable new opportunities, through existing and potential clients to generate increased revenue and market share.
- Identifying key growth sectors for the company
- Managing quotes and closing deals effectively and efficiently to successfully convert into revenue
- Responding to tenders and client requests in a timely manner
- Create & maintain KPIs to measure the performance & profitability
- Negotiating rates and service levels with customers
- Study existing competitor solutions
- Maintain a watch on industry developments within the competition
Knowledge and Skills required :
- Good negotiating skills, planning & Organizational skills
- Capable of independently meeting expected sales goals in the assigned territories
- Industry experience - 8 years of experience in SCF
- Language skills - Superior English written & spoken
- High level communication & presentation skills
- Proactive, self-starter, solutions orientated individual
