Roles And Responsibilities:
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling enterprise software solutions to banks and insurance companies and a deep understanding of the BFSI sector.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sales in the BFSI sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in banks and insurance
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and market trends
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions to meet the needs of BFSI clients, Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, specifically within the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships within the BFSI industry.
- Strong network of contacts within banks and insurance companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred-Experience working with systems integrators or large technology dealers.
Preferred-Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
