- Sales experience in the US Mortgage Industry.
- Identifying new sales leads Pitching products and/or services.
- Participate in RFP and RFI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain sales pipeline
- Seeking new business opportunities through our current customer base while searching for new account opportunity
- Lead generation for various Banking and Financial services a Mortgage e learning services
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up online meetings to close the deal.
- Developing quotes and proposals.

- Ability to generate sales leads from US
- Sound industry knowledge along with market trends and conditions
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads
- Determines areas needing improvement and provides recommendations to top management
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customer
