Job Description :
- Develops base for long-term sources of clients.
- Compiles lists of prospects.
- Establishes productive working relationships with clients.
- Communicates with your team member for more business
- Maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Provide information about working conditions or requirements to your team member
- Ascertains clients- long-term goals.
- Instruct them to sale your target
- Recruit/Train FCs and advisers.
- Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
- Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
- Focusing on advisory and FC retention.
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisers by up selling and cross selling of product mix
- Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills.
Required Qualification & Skills :
1. Educational Qualification Any graduation
2. 2-8 Years of Sales Experience in sales & marketing filed
3. Age should be between 24-38 Years
4. Team Management Skills
5. Must have excellent presentation skills
6. Motivation or Meeting for sales goal
