Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-6 yrs)

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) , you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and managing a team of financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Recruitment & Management:

- Identify and recruit potential financial advisors.

- Train and develop advisors on insurance products and sales techniques.

Sales & Business Growth:

- Achieve sales targets by driving business through financial advisors.

- Support advisors in acquiring new clients and expanding their portfolio.

- Promote Kotak Life Insurance products effectively to meet customer needs.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.

- Address customer queries and provide the right financial solutions.

Compliance & Process Adherence:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and IRDAI guidelines.

- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.

- 2+ years of experience in sales, or financial services preferred.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
