Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective lead generation strategies, coaching team members, and collaborating closely with marketing and sales and to lead and Handel team

- CTC: Up to 3.80L/A + Incentive + Other Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients, partners, and markets.
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to enter new markets or expand within existing ones. Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Qualification and Skills :
1. bachelor's degree preferable
2. Required minimum 2 years of experience in field sale
3. excellent communication and negotiation
4. strong leadership ,coaching and monitoring skills
5. handling a team members and achieve the target with the help of your team members
