Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
business development manager who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals.
Roles and responsivities
- Assist current and prospective customers in choosing the best coverage by explaining different insurance plans and products.
- Provide quotes, keep track of clients, write reports, and respond to inquiries from clients regarding insurance policies and programs.
- Make recommendations for updates and changes to the insurance plans of current clients.
- Create specialized insurance plans and packages.
- Find possible customers by cold calling, recommendations, and professional networks.
Candidate requirement
- Bachelor's degree or graduation in any field
- Experience: Two to three years or more of marketing and sales experience
- Age 21 to 38 years.
