Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
Position : Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement direct sales strategies for insurance products
- Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings
- Generate leads and build a client database through marketing initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with teams to create and launch sales campaigns
- Analyze sales data to improve performance
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years in field sales
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Must own a bike and have a valid driver's license
