Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
We are hiring a talented Business Development Manager professional to join our team.
Responsibilities for Sales Agent :
- establish relationships with new customers
- Support and coach agents to achieve performance goals.
- Lead and manage a team of insurance advisors within your assigned territory.
- Monitor and maintain agent compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
- Answering customer queries.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in Any Field Sales/Insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
