Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-6 yrs)

- In this role, you'll serve as the point person for developing, creating, and implementing digital marketing campaigns that support our public relations, insurance sales representatives, and team members, and reach our customers who are seeking ways to safeguard against the risks of everyday life.
Insurance Marketing Specialist responsibilities :
- Manage all marketing strategies and campaigns by working with vendors, insurance agents, sales agents, and marketing team members
- Develops base for long-term sources of clients.
- Meet with company representatives to maintain awareness of marketplace.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of insurance agents and agency partners.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with agencies to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Qualifications :
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Pharma, Telecom, Real Estate, etc.
- Graduation Must be.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
