Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
We are presently looking out for candidates with Field sales. As a Business Development Manager, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the sales of services or goods offered by the company.
- Meets monthly targets and goals
- Find Business Associates and competent advisors.
- Via cold contacting, explain the company's rules to our clients.
- Promote goods and services by persuading consumers
- Mentioning the sales target and achieving them
- Following up on leads and suggestions to business
Applicants Requirements:
- Exceptional strategic prospecting skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Strong work ethics
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
- CTC: Up to 3.75 to 4 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
