Roles and Responsibilities:
- Find and hire qualified insurance advisers in the assigned region.
- Make sure agents are properly trained, guided, and motivated to comprehend the market, products, and sales tactics.
- To make sure sales targets are reached, evaluate and monitor agent performance on a regular basis.
- To promote business and maintain corporate standards, actively interact with customers.
- Use sales tactics to increase market penetration and reach.
- Using proactive lead generation, actively look for new business prospects and boost revenue.
- In order to achieve both corporate success and personal development, a team of agents must be led, inspired, and supported.
Qualification & Experience:
- A graduate degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
- 3+ Year residential or Native.
- Strong leadership skills to guide a team toward success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with agents and clients.
