Duties :
- Oversee and inspire a group of agents by establishing clear performance standards and cultivating a results-oriented culture.
- Assemble, instruct, and guide a group of insurance representatives.
- To increase the agency's clientele, find new target markets and business prospects.
- Create and implement training initiatives to improve the sales team's abilities and expertise.
- Provide the team with up-to-date information on industry trends, best practices, and product upgrades.
