Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Function :
- Building a high-performing distribution network, hiring Sales Advisors (Agents), and empowering your staff to sell life insurance products are all important.
- You will go with the team on pre- and post-sales activities, like settling claims.
- Insurance products are distributed via Life Advisors.
- You will go through a rigorous training program after onboarding that focuses on the insurance sector, products, sales procedures, and channel management.
- Following successful training, you will need to hire, teach, manage, and lead a group of financial consultants in order to reach your sales goal.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
- Age : 24 to 38 years
