Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Build and manage agency partner teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agency stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Provide ongoing training and support to agency partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.

- Implement growth strategies aimed at increasing revenue and improving profitability across the agency network.

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, product development, and operations) to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans.
