Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
The Business Development Manager will drive growth within the Agency Channel by developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and managing relationships with agents. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Recruit and onboard new agents.
- Provide training and ongoing support to agents.
- Build and maintain strong agent relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on agent performance and market trends.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-5 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills.
- Must be a resident of the local area.
