Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Product sales in the designated zone for Microsurgery.
- In charge of expanding and growing direct sales and profit margins for goods and services from allocated accounts and/or territories.
- Forms expert bonds with important employees in client accounts.
- Achieves the expected profit margin and volume of sales.
- Lead your company with the utmost honesty and conformity
- Capable of managing essential dialogue, clarification, and judgement
- Reputation and familiarity with prominent people in the area.
- Locate and establish nationwide alliances with businesses.
- Continue to have ties with local corporate customers.
- Plan several types of training.
- Organise for key personnel to visit company headquarters.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
