Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet the business goals of the sales unit, providing leadership, inspiration, and direction to partners.
- The primary duty is to establish a high-performing distribution network of Financial Consultants and support them in selling life insurance policies.
- Support partners with lead generation, tracking, and closing sales.
- Emphasize sales team management, geographical coverage, and overseeing distribution.
- Engage in fieldwork to maximize customer reach, including hiring, training, motivating, and advising a team of sales representatives.
- Build productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts or territories.
Qualifications and Skills :
- 2 + years of Experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum qualification- Graduation required.
- Age between 21 to 38 Years.
- Must be local candidates
- Android-based smartphone.
