- Improvement of agent prospecting practices, calling habits, and work rules.
- Work with the agent on planning and evaluating activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agency and work with Trainers to improve the same.
- Maintain Daily Reports.
- To find new leads.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience : Minimum 2+ Years in Field Sales/Marketing
CTC : Up to 3.50/4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
