Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
Position : Business Development Manager, IndusInd Bank
Role and Responsibilities :
- Sourcing of household and banking products from present and prospective clients
- Develop the banking segment business by driving numbers and value
- Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and third party products like Insurance, mutual funds, etc.
- Organising various lead generation activities for the branch, one point contact for customers and branch w.r.t CASA accounts
- Ensure that the defined parameters for opening an account are met in terms of document collected and internal processes followed (KYC complaint)
- Coordinating with the supervisor & respective Area Sales Managers for targets& dealing with various clients
- Meet the revenue targets as assigned on regular basis
Critical hiring norms :
- Age- =28 years
- No education or experience gaps
- Candidate should be son of the soil (stayed/worked in the same territory for at least 6 months)
- A high performing individual, preferably earning incentives (at least upto an average of Rs. 2,000 in last 3months) in his/ her present organisation
- Avoid BE/ Btech/ BCA graduates/ MBA graduates
- Should be young and energetic with passion for sales
- Good in communication skills with fluency in English and local language
- Strong customer service orientation along with process adherence
Reports into : Area Sales Manager, Business Development
Experience : 1-5 years in outbound sales across any industry (BFSI, telecom, FMCG, etc)
Grade : Executive/ Assistant Manager
