Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to lead and manage a team of agents, ensuring the achievement of sales targets while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise a team of agents, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and implement effective strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives to enhance the agency's visibility and brand recognition.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, industry regulations, and company standards.
- Track agent performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reports to senior management regarding team progress and business outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategies aimed at boosting revenue and ensuring sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing, with proven success in driving results.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams.
