Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a network of agents to achieve business targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and build a high-performing agent network.
- Equip agents with product knowledge and sales skills.
- Drive sales through agents to achieve targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents for retention and engagement.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Ensure agents adhere to company policies and regulations.
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduation is compulsory.
- 2+ Years experience in sales and marketing in any field.
- Excellent Communication skills.
