Responsibilities :

- Locating and overseeing market channels and gaining clients from them

- Reducing rejection and delinquency to provide a quality portfolio

- Broad knowledge and comprehension of retail's resources, goods, processes, and current market trends

- Recognizing shifting market trends, developing channels to attract clients, and offering top-notch customer support

- To promote high-quality customer service and operational efficiencies, suggest changes to procedures and guidelines within the retail banking industry.

- While keeping up with current clients, find and prospect new business prospects.

- Perform market research and analysis to find growth prospects and trends.

- Work together to produce persuasive presentations and sales materials with the marketing team.

- Utilize Microsoft Excel and additional sales tools to monitor and manage the sales funnel.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
