Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- To meet both individual and group sales targets, lead, coach, and grow the inside sales staff.
- To make sure goals are reached, keep an eye on team performance and give regular comments.
- Create and put into practice efficient sales techniques to boost income.
- Encourage cooperation and excellent performance by cultivating a positive team atmosphere.
- Hold frequent training sessions to improve teamwork and product expertise.
- Broad knowledge and comprehension of retail's resources, goods, processes, and current market trends
- Recognizing shifting market trends, developing channels to attract clients, and offering top-notch customer support
- Work together with different departments to make sure that customers are served smoothly.
- Examine sales data and compile reports for management's consideration.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
